Mission ImPASTAble

The name is not the only thing that’s amusing about the Super Boise-developed game Mission ImPASTAble. The story behind the game is amusing as well.

In the game you are presented with Agent Meatball who is on a secret mission in Rome. The problem is that Agent Meatball’s cover has been blown. Someone informed the Italians that Agent Meatball is there to undermine the government. Now that the truth is out in the open, Agent Meatball must make a hasty exit. Agent Meatball must get out of Rome as fast as possible.

And so we get to the gameplay, which is quite amusing as well. As I was saying, in the Mission ImPASTAble  game you are in control of Agent Meatball and you must get out of Rome. You do that by repelling down a wall. As you do that make sure to avoid food, dodge knives, and outrun the explosion. Make sure to collect macaronis to activate power-ups.

There are a few more things you should know about the gameplay. In the spirit of keeping things nice and short, I’m just going to list them here:
- There are 4 game modes.
- Challenge friends via GameCenter.
- Use accelerometer or tap controls.
- Popular social networking site Facebook and popular micro-blogging site Twitter are integrated in the game.

Just as a little recap, the app’s name, the entertaining gameplay, the fact that it’s easy to pick up and looks great, all these will put a smile on your face. Here’s another thing that will put a smile on your face: Mission ImPASTAble is currently being offered for free. There’s a Lite version as well, but you don’t need to get it now that Mission ImPASTAble is free; perhaps later on, when it will no longer be free.
